Hawaii volleyball sweeps Central Arkansas at the Stan Sheriff Center

College SportsHawaii concluded its season-opening homestand by sweeping Central Arkansas on Friday at the Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. The Rainbow Wahine won in three sets with scores of 25-14, 25-20, 28-26. Panna Ratkai led Hawaii with 15 kills while setter Adrianna Arquette and hitter Mano Antiga also contributed to the win. Head coach Joshua Walker utilized 12 of his 15 rostered players, including freshmen making their debuts. The victory marked the fifth consecutive win for Hawaii, securing the team a winning nonconference record. Hawaii travels to Las Vegas next week for the Lucky Aces Women’s Volleyball Invitational, starting with a match against Texas A&M Corpus-Christi on Friday.
