Hawks rookie Zuby Ejiofor selects No. 20 jersey for NBA debut

Zuby Ejiofor, the 23rd overall pick in the NBA Draft, will wear No. 20 for the Atlanta Hawks as he begins his professional career. Previously, he wore No. 24 in high school and No. 35 during his freshman year at Kansas. Ejiofor transitions from St. John's, where he won Big East Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors last season. In summer league play with the Hawks, he averaged 13 points and nine rebounds in four games, including a standout performance of 19 points and 15 rebounds. The Hawks are looking forward to Ejiofor’s contributions next season.
