Hawthorn's Aidan Schubert considers trade to Gold Coast as Roos hold firm on No.5 pick

Aidan Schubert is expected to make a decision on a potential trade to Gold Coast within the next 24 hours. The Suns have shown strong interest in acquiring the young forward, who has a five-year offer on the table. Meanwhile, North Melbourne has stated that pick No.5 will remain off the table in negotiations with Adelaide regarding defender Nick Murray. The Roos have had their initial offer for Murray rejected and are deliberating further options but are adamant that pick No.5 will not be included in any trade.
