The Miami Heat aim to enhance their roster by potentially trading Nikola Jovic for Klay Thompson of the Dallas Mavericks in a proposed three-team deal. Reports indicate that Thompson, a four-time NBA champion, has become Miami's top target as they seek elite shooting to support Bam Adebayo and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Financial considerations complicate the situation, with Thompson set to earn $17.5 million next season. The deal would also involve the Sacramento Kings, who would acquire Jovic in exchange for a second-round pick from both Miami and Dallas. Additional details suggest Malik Monk could move to the Mavericks as part of the agreement.
