Hoffenheim agrees to personal terms with Belgian midfielder De Cat

The player made significant strides last season, appearing in 36 league matches, scoring two goals and assisting four. He earned his first senior international cap for Belgium in March. Negotiations between Hoffenheim and Anderlecht are expected to commence, though further arrangements are necessary before finalizing a deal.
