Honesdale's cross country teams competed in their only home meet of the season at the Daniel J. O’Neill Sports Complex on September 24. The girls' varsity team achieved victories over Susquehanna, Mountain View, and Forest City, improving their record to 7-2. The boys' team secured one win against Forest City but lost to Mountain View and Susquehanna. Abby Kilker of the girls' team set a new school record with a time of 21:21, finishing third overall. Honesdale's next competition is a cluster meet at Wallenpaupack Area on September 29.
