Houston Dash fire coach Fabrice Gautrat and technical director Twila Kilgore

The Houston Dash fired head coach Fabrice Gautrat and technical director Twila Kilgore on Saturday. Gautrat held the position for less than two seasons, finishing his tenure with a record of 15 wins, 24 losses, and 11 draws. The front office changes follow a 1-0 home loss to Utah where the team failed to record a shot on goal. Assistant coach Jaime Frias will take over as interim head coach for the remainder of the season. The Dash currently occupy 12th place in the NWSL standings with six matches remaining on their schedule. The franchise has qualified for the playoffs only once since its inception.
