Houston Rockets finalize key dates for NBA Cup and MLK Day matchup

The Houston Rockets announced important schedule dates on August 12, including their participation in a Martin Luther King Jr. Day quadruple header. On January 18, they will face the Memphis Grizzlies in the evening game. Additionally, the Rockets will begin group play for the 2026-27 NBA Cup on October 30 against the Dallas Mavericks. They will host the Utah Jazz on November 13 and visit the Denver Nuggets a week later before concluding group play against the Phoenix Suns on November 25. Last season, the Rockets ended their group stage with a 2-2 record and missed advancing to the elimination rounds.
