The Houston Rockets are preparing for a matchup against the San Antonio Spurs at Moody Center on Friday after a strong victory over the Dallas Mavericks, winning 128-110. The performance featured key players like Fred VanVleet, Amen Thompson, Kevin Durant, Jabari Smith Jr., and Alperen Sengun. However, Lowe also noted Booker's high contract may deter the Rockets from pursuing this option. If Houston looks to acquire an elite player, they might offer players like Reed Sheppard and Tari Eason along with draft assets to facilitate a trade.
