Houston Texans acquire Kayshon Boutte from New England Patriots in trade

The Houston Texans acquired wide receiver Kayshon Boutte from the New England Patriots to bolster their passing attack following a season-ending injury to Jayden Higgins. In exchange for the 24-year-old receiver, the Texans sent safety Jaylen Reed and a 2028 seventh-round draft pick to New England. Boutte logged 33 receptions for 551 yards and six touchdowns during the 2025 season.
