Houston Texans eye another successful season amid rising expectations

The Houston Texans, coming off their best season in 13 years, finished 2025 with a 12-5 record and reached the playoffs for the third consecutive year. As they head into the 2026 season, the team's ceiling is projected at 13 wins, contingent on continued player performance, particularly from quarterback C.J. Stroud. Meanwhile, the team's floor is set at 10 wins, reflecting potential challenges but still allowing for playoff contention. The Texans aim to build on last year's momentum and progress past the Divisional Round in their upcoming campaign.
