Houston Texans tight end Marlin Klein prepares to make his NFL debut this Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. The rookie tight end was drafted by the Texans in the second round of this year's draft following a career at Michigan. Klein grew up in Cologne, Germany, where his interest in the sport began after watching Super Bowl XLVII at a local sports bar. After moving to Georgia to attend the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School, he earned scholarship offers before joining the Wolverines program. Texans coaches and teammates have highlighted Klein's work ethic and blocking ability during training camp and the preseason. The tight end was named a captain at Michigan in 2025 and earned the team's most improved player award in 2024.
