Houston Texans waive linebacker Jamal Hill during roster cutdown

The Houston Texans released linebacker Jamal Hill on Saturday as the team works to set its initial 53-man roster. The team intends to sign him to the practice squad if he clears the waiver wire by noon on Monday.
