Hamburger SV is looking to sign Sebastiaan Bornauw from Leeds United, seeking a loan deal with an option to buy. Reports suggest that HSV has reached a verbal agreement with the 27-year-old center-back. Bornauw, who previously played in the Bundesliga for 1. FC Köln and VfL Wolfsburg, joined Leeds United in the summer of 2025 for €6 million and is contracted through 2029.
