Huddersfield Giants sign hooker Kruise Leeming to a three-year contract

The Huddersfield Giants have secured the return of hooker Kruise Leeming on a three-year contract for next season. The 31-year-old moves from the Wigan Warriors following a loan spell during the 2026 season with the Catalans Dragons. Leeming recorded four tries across 26 appearances while playing for the Catalans Dragons this year. He previously began his professional career with the Giants and has prior experience working with head coach Jim Lenihan from their time at the Gold Coast Titans. According to director of rugby Andy Kelly, the club targeted Leeming for his running game and leadership qualities as they prepare for the upcoming campaigns.
