Hull City FC and Ipswich Town FC are showing interest in Rennes centre-forward Breel Embolo, according to a report by Onze Mondial. The 29-year-old Swiss striker moved to Rennes from AS Monaco last summer but had a mixed debut season, scoring ten goals and assisting three times. Embolo recently performed well during the 2026 World Cup, where he contributed to Switzerland's advancement to the quarter-finals. Ligue 1 and Serie A clubs, as well as Atlanta United FC, are also in the mix, but Embolo reportedly prefers a move to the English Premier League. Currently, no transfer has been confirmed.
