Hurricanes gain commitments from cousins Kweli Fielder and CJ Cypher

The Miami Hurricanes secured commitments from cousins Kweli Fielder and CJ Cypher, both top prospects from Georgia, on June 24, 2026. Fielder, a four-star offensive lineman from the 2028 class, is ranked as the No. 3 interior offensive lineman. Cypher, a standout quarterback in the 2029 class, led Carrollton High to a state title game, throwing for 2,280 yards and 26 touchdowns. Fielder chose Miami over offers from major programs such as Florida and Georgia. With this commitment, Fielder joins quarterback Knox Annis in the 2028 class, while Cypher becomes the first member of the 2029 class.
