Moses Itauma has been ordered to face Frank Sanchez for the vacant IBF heavyweight title after Oleksandr Usyk relinquished his belts. The IBF's directive gives both fighters until July 29 to negotiate terms for the bout, or purse bids will be initiated. Itauma, undefeated at 14-0, is scheduled to fight Filip Hrgovic on August 29, which may complicate the potential matchup with Sanchez. Sanchez, ranked No. 1 by the IBF, secured his ranking with a recent victory over Richard Torrez Jr. Both fighters are considered strong contenders in the heavyweight division.
