Ilia Topuria and Alex Pereira face lengthy suspensions after UFC Freedom 250

At UFC Freedom 250, held on June 17 at the White House, all 14 fighters were suspended following the event. Ilia Topuria received a 180-day suspension due to severe facial injuries, requiring clearance from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Alex Pereira, who lost in the co-main event, also received a 180-day suspension and will need a negative CT scan for his facial injuries. Justin Gaethje, Topuria's opponent, was similarly suspended for 180 days due to injuries. Ciryl Gane, who defeated Pereira, sustained only minor injuries and has an eight-day mandatory rest period. Fighters can return sooner if cleared by a doctor.
