Iliman Ndiaye selects the number seven shirt at Manchester City

Manchester City confirmed that new signing Iliman Ndiaye will wear the number seven shirt for the club. The 26-year-old attacking winger joined the team from Everton on summer transfer deadline day and signed a five-year contract. He joins a first team squad under manager Enzo Maresca that also added Enzo Fernández this week. Ndiaye follows other recent signings including Elliot Anderson, Jeremy Monga, Gerónimo Rulli, Ayyoub Bouaddi, and Allan. The shirt number was most recently held by Omar Marmoush, who is now on loan at Tottenham Hotspur. Historically, the number seven at Manchester City has been worn by players such as Raheem Sterling, Stephen Ireland, and Mike Summerbee.
