IMS Museum opens Jeff Gordon exhibit, first for NASCAR driver

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum has opened a new exhibit dedicated to Jeff Gordon, the first of its kind for a NASCAR driver. The exhibit features 13 race cars, over 70 helmets, and various artifacts from Gordon's career, honoring his history as a multiple-time champion and Brickyard 400 winner. The display includes significant memorabilia, such as his first bicycle racing trophy and a steering wheel from his seat swap with Juan Pablo Montoya. The exhibit will be available for public viewing until February, having taken months to curate with support from Hendrick Motorsports and Gordon's family. Gordon expressed his astonishment at seeing his achievements represented in this way, reflecting on his journey from a young fan to a celebrated driver.
