IMSA prepares for six-hour race at Road America this weekend

The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship will feature a six-hour race on August 2 at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. This is the longest race at the track in over a decade, with 54 cars entered across four categories. Notable contenders include the No. 31 Whelen Action Express Cadillac leading in the hybrid prototype class and Paul Miller Racing, which holds a significant lead in GTD Pro. Qualifying sessions are scheduled for Saturday, with the race broadcast live on Peacock starting at 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday.
