Indiana Fever add Ugonne Onyiah to development roster for 2026 season

The Indiana Fever announced the signing of Ugonne 'Michelle' Onyiah to their development roster on July 31, 2026. Onyiah, a 6-3 forward, previously played five seasons at the University of California-Berkeley and spent time in Belgium with Basket Namur Capitale. She joined the newly formed Upshot League, averaging 9.6 points and 6.9 rebounds for the Charlotte Crown. This signing provides depth to the Fever's frontcourt, where Aliyah Boston and Monique Billings are currently dealing with injuries. Onyiah will be eligible for activation in up to 12 games this season.
