Indiana Fever guard Raven Johnson explains origin of Hollywood nickname

Indiana Fever rookie guard Raven Johnson discussed the origin of her viral nickname during an appearance on the Post Moves podcast with Aliyah Boston and Candace Parker. Johnson revealed that an AAU coach gave her the moniker after she arrived at practice wearing glitter-covered clothing from the store Justice. The rookie is currently averaging 3.1 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists over 35 games for the Fever. While she serves as a reserve behind starters Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell, Johnson continues to be recognized for her defensive skills. She previously won two NCAA National Championships at South Carolina before joining the WNBA. The guard remains with the Fever as the team prepares for the upcoming playoffs.
