Indianapolis Colts release Thursday practice report before Baltimore Ravens season opener

The Indianapolis Colts held their second practice of the week on Thursday ahead of the season-opening game against the Baltimore Ravens. Fifty-two of the 53 roster members participated in the session. Defensive tackle Grover Stewart remained the only player to miss practice, though the team noted his absence was due to a scheduled rest day. Wide receiver Alec Pierce was limited while managing a heel injury following offseason surgery, leaving his availability for Sunday uncertain. Quarterback Anthony Richardson was also limited during the session due to an illness. In more positive injury news, safety AJ Haulcy participated fully, signaling progress in his recovery from an ankle injury. Additionally, tight end Drew Pgletree and center Sedrick Van Pran-Granger both returned to full practice participation after being limited in the team's prior session.
