Inter explores signing Nico Paz after missing out on Marco Palestra

Inter is considering using funds from Marco Palestra's transfer to Chelsea to pursue Nico Paz from Real Madrid. After Palestra opted for Chelsea in a reported €60m deal, Inter could have around €70m available, given Denzel Dumfries' exit to Madrid for €20m. Paz, who has impressed at Como and won U23 Player of the Year, is of interest to both Como and Inter, with Real Madrid holding a buy-back option. Inter hopes to finalize a deal before the summer transfer window closes, possibly aided by captain Lautaro Martinez's presence at the World Cup.
