Inter Milan advances pursuit of Marco Palestra amid Premier League interest

Inter Milan is intensifying efforts to sign Atalanta's Marco Palestra, reportedly aiming for a €45 million deal. Although Atalanta seeks €50 million, Inter hopes Palestra's desire to remain in Serie A will sway negotiations against offers from Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle United, and Liverpool. Palestra, who gained first-team experience on loan at Cagliari, is viewed as a key addition following Denzel Dumfries' departure to Real Madrid. Inter plans to hold discussions with Atalanta to resolve the gap in their offer as they prioritize this signing in their summer budget.
