Inter Milan hosts Napoli at San Siro in Serie A action

Defending Serie A champions Inter Milan host Napoli at the San Siro on Saturday at 5pm BST. Inter enter the fixture on a 14-game unbeaten run and seek a third consecutive victory to open their domestic campaign. Manager Cristian Chivu faces potential lineup adjustments, as Marcus Thuram is not fully fit and Djed Spence remains a doubt due to injury. Francesco Pio Esposito is projected to start in the attack alongside Lautaro Martínez. Napoli, led by manager Massimiliano Allegri, deals with several personnel issues, including a minor heart procedure for Scott McTominay and injuries to Alessandro Buongiorno and Luca Marianucci. Kevin De Bruyne is set for his first start of the season for the visitors as they look to recover from a loss to Como in their last league outing.
