Muncie police continue to investigate the shooting death of Christopher Wilson Jr., a 17-year-old high school football star. He was found dead in a vehicle early Monday morning, having been shot multiple times. Detectives remain actively pursuing details related to the case, but a possible motive has not been disclosed. An autopsy was performed Tuesday at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Wilson was a senior at Yorktown High School and had committed to play football at West Virginia University starting in 2027.
