Iowa basketball hosts Cayden Daughtry and Cole Kelly for recruiting visits

Iowa men’s basketball coach Ben McCollum is hosting two top recruits for official and unofficial visits this weekend in Iowa City. Five-star point guard Cayden Daughtry and four-star small forward Cole Kelly are expected to attend the Cy-Hawk football game at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday. Daughtry, a 2027 recruit from Fort Lauderdale, holds offers from multiple programs and recently completed visits to Florida State and Tennessee. Kelly, a 2028 prospect from Naperville, Illinois, is currently scheduling visits to several schools including Ohio State, Nebraska, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Keller Daugherty, a 2027 forward who committed to Iowa in June, is also scheduled to be on campus to assist in the recruitment process. McCollum aims to continue building his roster through both high school signings and the transfer portal.
