Red Bull confirmed that Isack Hadjar will sit out the upcoming Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid as he recovers from a wrist injury. The 21-year-old sustained the injury while boxing earlier this summer and remains unable to compete after missing the Dutch and Italian rounds. Liam Lawson will continue to fill the vacant seat alongside Max Verstappen for the race. Yuki Tsunoda will remain in the Racing Bulls entry vacated by Lawson for the weekend. Although Red Bull reported that Hadjar is progressing positively in his rehabilitation, he is not yet medically cleared for a return to the cockpit. The team currently holds fourth place in the constructors' championship standings behind Mercedes, Ferrari, and McLaren.
