ITV has finalized an exclusive deal to broadcast the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia, continuing its long-standing partnership with World Rugby. The agreement includes coverage of all 52 matches in the tournament, reinforcing ITV's position as the free-to-air home for rugby union in the UK. ITV will also air every England men’s international match leading up to the World Cup, as well as all games from the Nations Championship in 2026 and 2028.
