Ja Morant returns to FedExForum with Trail Blazers in February

Ja Morant, former Memphis Grizzlies star, will play at FedExForum on February 6 with the Portland Trail Blazers against the Grizzlies. This marks Morant's first game in Memphis since his trade on June 29. During his seven seasons with the Grizzlies, he became an All-Star and set franchise records. He led the Grizzlies to two No. 2 seeds in the Western Conference and a playoff series win in 2022. Following his exit, another former Grizzlies player, Jaren Jackson Jr., will visit Memphis with the Utah Jazz for the season opener on October 21.
