Ja Morant scrimmage clip raises concerns about athleticism and explosiveness

Ja Morant, playing for the Portland Trail Blazers, is drawing scrutiny after a recent scrimmage clip shared by the team. Observers noted what they perceived as a lack of explosiveness and athleticism, with some fans questioning his current ability. Despite his two-time All-Star status, Morant has faced health issues, playing only 79 games in the past three seasons. As he prepares for the upcoming season with a crowded roster of guards, including Damian Lillard and Scoot Henderson, Morant's performance in practices has led to mixed reactions from fans and analysts alike. It remains to be seen how he will adapt to his role in Portland.
