Jack Campbell welcomes first child as Lions players congratulate him

Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell shared a personal milestone on July 3, announcing the birth of his son, Cooper James Campbell, via Instagram. The announcement followed the couple’s private two-week period since Cooper's birth. Campbell recently signed a four-year, $81 million contract extension after a standout 2025 season, marking his first Pro Bowl selection. The Lions community, including teammates and notable figures, sent congratulatory messages to the couple in response to their announcement. As training camp approaches later this month, Campbell will shift focus back to football.
