Jack Flaherty rehabs with Erie SeaWolves on June 23

Jack Flaherty is set to make a rehab start for the Erie SeaWolves on Tuesday, June 23, at UPMC Park. This marks the first MLB rehab appearance for the SeaWolves since 2016. Flaherty, who is recovering from a strain of the left peroneal tendons in his lower leg, has previously played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Baltimore Orioles before signing with the Detroit Tigers in December 2023. His last game before injury was on June 12 against the Cleveland Guardians.
