Jack Plummer to work out for 49ers and Dolphins

Jack Plummer, a former Carolina Panthers quarterback, will work out for the San Francisco 49ers on Friday and the Miami Dolphins next week. Plummer, who went undrafted in 2024, had a stint with the Panthers, appearing in six preseason games before being waived. He later played in the United Football League, leading the Orlando Storm to an 8-2 record and earning MVP honors this spring after completing 65 percent of his passes for 2,188 yards and 17 touchdowns.
