Jack Singleton seeks new rugby club following heart attack recovery

Hooker Jack Singleton is looking for a new club as he nears a return to professional rugby union. Singleton suffered a heart attack during training at Gloucester in September 2025 and has not played since. Medical testing revealed a hereditary condition known as LPA, which resulted in elevated cholesterol levels and artery blockages. After undergoing medical treatment and a rehabilitation program, the 30-year-old hooker expects to return to full contact training within the next few weeks. He leaves Gloucester after his contract expired this summer and is currently a free agent. Singleton has earned seven caps for England and played 75 matches for Gloucester during his tenure with the team.
