Jacob Manu leads talented Washington Huskies linebacking corps this season

The Washington Huskies feature a strong linebacking unit for the upcoming season, led by Jacob Manu, who returns after red-shirting last year. Alongside him are promising players like Xe’Ree Alexander and Zaydrius Rainey-Sale, aiming to strengthen the defense. Quarterback Demond Williams ranks seventh among QBs in the Power 4 conferences, despite some challenges against top defenses. The Huskies will open their Big Ten slate against Minnesota on September 26 and will face BYU in the Maui Invitational later in the season. Details regarding additional non-conference matchups remain to be finalized.
