Summary

Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Jacob Misiorowski reached a milestone this week, recording his 1,000th pitch of the 2026 season clocked at 100 mph or faster. In a Tuesday appearance against the Chicago Cubs, the right-hander allowed one earned run over 6.1 innings, recording nine strikeouts and four hits allowed. Misiorowski leads all MLB pitchers in this velocity category, having maintained this pace across 27 starts this season. He entered the contest with a 1.95 ERA over 161.1 innings.
