The Jacksonville Jaguars are preparing for training camp set to begin next month, focusing on various positional battles. One key competition is at the right guard position, with Patrick Mekari and Wyatt Milum vying for the starting role. Mekari, signed in 2025, has had inconsistent performances and faced injuries, while Milum, a second-year player, has the potential to challenge for the spot thanks to his earlier draft status. Analyst John Shipley notes that while Mekari's experience may give him an edge, Milum's development will be crucial to watch during the camp and preseason.
