Jaguars project 53-man roster ahead of first preseason game

The Jacksonville Jaguars have completed their first week of training camp as they prepare for joint practices with the New Orleans Saints. Head coach Liam Coen emphasized the importance of competing against an outside opponent to gauge the team's performance. The Jaguars' 53-man roster projection includes key players at each position, Trevor Lawrence at quarterback and Chris Rodriguez Jr. at running back. The team's roster is not final as ongoing evaluations during the practices and preseason games will influence final cuts as they aim to optimize their lineup ahead of the regular season.
