Jaguars rookie Zach Durfee shines early in training camp

Zach Durfee, a seventh-round draft pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars, is making a positive impression during the early stages of training camp. Durfee demonstrated notable pass-rushing ability and run defense, contributing to the defense's efforts to contain the offense's running game. His performance included a play that would have resulted in a sack on quarterback Trevor Lawrence and a key tackle near the line of scrimmage. Durfee's strong start follows a breakout season at Washington, where he secured 35 pressures. Competing for a roster spot, his contributions on special teams could enhance his chances of making the final cut.
