The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to assess the waiver wire for potential roster additions following roster cutdown day on August 30. Positions of interest include cornerback, tight end, and offensive line. General Manager James Gladstone could seek depth improvements, particularly at cornerback where current roster competition has been inconsistent. Tight end is also a focus with Quintin Morris and Hunter Long vying for a spot, while the offensive line might benefit from added depth despite recent health improvements.
- •Roster cutdown day is August 30 for the Jaguars and the NFL.
- •Jaguars currently have four established cornerbacks but may need a sixth.
- •Tight end position lacks standout performers, leading to potential additions.
- •Offensive line has improved health, but depth remains a concern.
