Jalen Hurts sidelined for concussion check; Dalton throws red zone interception

Jalen Hurts left the game for a concussion evaluation after an illegal hit by Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson. Although Hurts appeared fine immediately after the hit, a neurotrauma consultant called for him to be assessed. Backup Andy Dalton took over for four plays, culminating in an interception in the end zone. The Bears currently lead 7-0 after a failed fourth-down attempt at the 1-yard line. Hurts returned to the sideline shortly after Dalton's interception, while the Eagles did not use a timeout to delay the medical assessment.
