Jalin Hyatt, Eric Gray may not make Giants' roster this summer

Summary

Jalin Hyatt's future with the New York Giants appears uncertain as he faces potential exclusion from the 53-man roster this summer. The former Tennessee Vols receiver, drafted in the third round in 2023, has recorded just 13 receptions for 97 yards in the 2024 season. New head coach John Harbaugh's run-heavy game plan further limits Hyatt's fit. Alongside him, Eric Gray, a fifth-round pick from the same draft, is also on the roster bubble after missing much of the last season due to injury and struggling with production. The Giants have added veteran talent at wide receiver and running back, complicating their prospects for these former Vols players.
