Janel Grant, Vince McMahon, WWE seek to move lawsuit to arbitration

Janel Grant, Vince McMahon, and WWE have filed a joint motion to shift Grant's sex trafficking lawsuit into private arbitration. The motion was filed Thursday to conserve court resources and requests a temporary adjournment of a scheduled hearing on June 16. Grant's lawsuit, initiated in January 2024, accuses McMahon of sexual abuse and trafficking. Allegations have implicated other WWE personnel, including Brock Lesnar and John Laurinaitis. McMahon's team has denied the allegations, insisting on arbitration due to a non-disclosure agreement Grant's side claims was signed under duress.
