Jared Wilson collaborates with Doug Marrone in Patriots training camp

Jared Wilson is working closely with offensive line coach Doug Marrone during New England Patriots training camp. As Wilson transitions back to center after previously playing guard, Marrone noted the importance of their communication. Wilson, a 2025 draft selection, has focused on building chemistry with quarterback Drake Maye as well. Both Wilson and Marrone expressed confidence in the player’s adaptability to the center position, a role Wilson previously excelled in during his college career. The Patriots added Alijah Vera-Tucker in free agency, which has facilitated Wilson's return to center.
