Jaxson Davis, a four-star point guard ranked No. 16 nationally, will visit Iowa City on September 19 as part of his recruitment. The 6-foot-1 player out of Gurnee, Illinois, previously played at Warren Township High School, where he averaged 23.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 3.5 steals last season. He is transferring to Monarch Academy in Kansas City, Kansas, for the upcoming season. Davis has received offers from several programs, including other Big Ten schools and high-profile teams like Kentucky and Arizona State.
