Jay White returns to AEW during Copeland and Cage's title defense

Adam Copeland and Christian Cage put their AEW world tag team championship on the line tonight (June 28) at Forbidden Door against The Dog’s David Finlay and Clark Connors. This was Cope and Cage’s first tag team title defense together since 2001, during their seventh reign as WWF Tag Team Champions Edge & Christian. The 52-year-old champs walked into the match banged up, courtesy of being old men recent attacks by The Dogs. But then the lights in the arena went out. When they came back on, the Bang Bang Gang appeared at the entrance ramp, with Jay White inside the ring for his surprise return to AEW. Jay White hit the Blade Runner, which paved the way for Cope and Cage to reek of awesomeness and pick up the win. Pretty cool moment right there, huh?
